The Rejection Advantage
Verity Craft equips purpose-driven leaders and teams with the tools to get past their fear of "no" – so that they can stop procrastinating and start hitting their targets.

"Several months later, people are still talking about what they learned and how it’s made a positive difference for their work.” – Daria Williamson, Auckland Executive Club
What is the cost of playing it safe?
When your people are afraid of rejection, they don't take action. And it's costing your organisation more than you can afford.
That call they’ve been avoiding, the great idea they don't share in a meeting, the ambitious unfinished projects… They all add up.
It’s human to protect yourself from “no”.
But what if getting more “no”s was the fastest way to get a “yes”? What if helping your team embrace the rejection they fear is the secret to unlocking their potential – in work, in sales, and in life?

About Verity Craft
After over a decade in business and a lifetime as a theatre nerd, I'm pretty great at hearing "no"!
Years of auditioning meant learning how to deal with rejection – again and again (and again!). But it turned out that learning how to move past all those “no”s wasn’t just helping me get cast. It also gave me the best possible foundation for succeeding in business leadership and sales – my audition mindset.
Having spent the last 13 years growing Intelligent Ink, New Zealand’s leading book agency for thought leaders, I've navigated plenty of tough times. In an economy that has often felt like a series of bad reviews, I've used The Audition Mindset© to keep the show running. It’s all paid off – thanks to staying focused even through the rejection along the way.
Now I bring that combo of business grit and theatre-kid energy to my favourite place to be – the stage – as I help people stop second-guessing and start making the big asks that drive growth.
